About

My 30-year journey of crafting award-winning films for advertising and marketing is marked by three long chapters of steadfast commitment to Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, TINBIKE Productions, and Salesforce.

Coming from the world of indie film production, I loved my position as an in-house filmmaker at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. My expertise in the craft brought new capabilities inside the agency. Being on staff allowed Creatives and Producers to experiment, turning concepts into moving pictures, allowing the agency to test market efficacy and deliver on ever-expanding client demands. These years were packed with creativity and camaraderie. The agency was like a family with a film school mentality, and my work stretched from bizarre, experimental pieces for Nike and Polaroid to GSP’s irreverent broadcast spots for Sega and Got Milk. Beyond scripted assignments was the world of the exploratory and unscripted, where I had the pleasure of capturing the real world, filming international documentary projects for Hewlett-Packard, Porsche, and Goodyear.

In 2003, I launched a boutique production company, TINBIKE. Through TINBIKE, I worked in harmony with major ad agencies while establishing direct-to-client relationships. It was another golden era as I helmed integrated campaigns for Adobe, Walmart, Microsoft and Major League Soccer. I was honored to become the first filmmaker commissioned by Dwell Magazine to create a film series showcasing Design Leaders. Among our clients, TINBIKE forged a relationship with Salesforce, where I eventually took the position of Film Director - Director of Corporate Marketing in January of 2015.

For nearly a decade, my work primarily focused on capturing and shaping inspiring stories about innovation, digital transformation, and customer success with Salesforce. My position occupied a unique space within the world of marketing, where creativity, strategy, and diplomacy coalesce.

I arrived as a seasoned commercial film director, bringing my 20 years of advertising and production experience. Creative Leadership within Salesforce brought me onboard to apply this expertise towards elevating the output of their internal Film Team. Our mission was to create bold, powerful, and emotionally resonant films that inspire audiences worldwide. From directing high-impact customer stories to setting global storytelling standards across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, I played a key role in shaping how Salesforce brought its customers' journeys to life in moving pictures.

Rising from one of just a few staffed Film Directors to leading the largest team of international film directors ever assembled at Salesforce, I mentored and managed creatives while continuing to direct marquee customer films for global events, including Marc Benioff’s Dreamforce keynotes. As a team leader, I was tapped to spearhead Salesforce’s Global Brand Summit for Film, where I defined best practices and storytelling excellence for our expansive network of production partners, post houses, motion graphics artists, composers, and agencies worldwide.

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to human connection. Whether interviewing a Fortune 500 CEO or an everyday trailblazer, I cultivated an atmosphere of trust, allowing authentic, emotionally compelling stories to emerge. The result? Marketing films that didn’t just enlighten, but inspired audiences—driving engagement, impact, and success.

During my tenure at Salesforce, I had the privilege of collaborating with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Bentley, Aston Martin, F1, Williams-Sonoma, Airbus, Pirelli, Prudential, Aldo, Zillow, Michelin, HMH, Intuit, Coca-Cola, and Mattel. Beyond working 1:1 with global business leaders, I also directed seasoned actors, professional athletes, elders, children, and everyday people—each bringing their own unique voice to unforgettable stories.
